HOOD RIVER HULLABALOO

We rolled into Hood River today and hit the brewpub first thing. Seems that this town has nothing BUT brewpubs and coffee shops! We also of course hit the water even tho the wind was howling. Tomorrow we are off to Seattle to pic up friend and North Shore Oahu surf photographer Allen Mozo. Allen is doing the red eye from Oahu tonight and arriving in Seattle at the crack of dawn. We will then head north up to the Puget Sound and Orcas Island for 5 days. We will paddle around the islands and photograph everything that moves including the killer whales. We hope to get some paddle footage with the Orcas. More updates and photos on that in a couple days. OUT.

BEND OREGON / KIALOA PADDLES

We had a good time in Bend Oregon today. I was never really sure why so many people in the SUP industry live here. Now I know why. It's beautiful with lots of rivers and flat water to paddle. We spent most of the day with Dave and Meg Chun from Kialoa paddles. Super nice people with killer paddles. Tomorrow we head up the road to Hood River. Report from Hood tomorrow. OUT.

ON THE ROAD AGAIN......................

Me and my buddy Steve-O are jumping in the Paddle Surf Hawaii van full of SUP demo boards and heading up to the pacific north west tomorrow for a 13 day road trip. We will be making stops at the Russian River, Bend Oregon, Hood River, Puget Sound and many other places. Purpose of the trip is to have as much fun as possible on our SUP boards and take tons of photos. Look for the big white Sprinter van with PSH logos. Ill try and do daily posts from the road with killer photos. OUT.

ALLEN MOZO

I recently had the pleasure of hanging out with North Shore surf and wildlife photographer Allen Mozo. Allen is an amazing surf photographer and a super funny guy with a great sense of humor. To check out all his work go to www.mozophoto.com.

GALAPAGOS

I have been going through all my Galapagos photos and I'm writing the story about the trip for the Stand Up Journal. Just thought I'd show a few more pics from the trip. It was truly a trip of a lifetime to a very special place. I would love to take my family back some time for a more relaxing trip than the one we did with the Paddle Surf Hawaii crew. I mean we had a freaking crazy trip. If Indiana Jones went on a surf trip that would have been it!!

FUNKY FUNK ZONE

BlueLine Paddle surf is a block from the beach right in the heart of the Santa Barbara funk zone. The funk zone is a unique place full of colorful people. Our warehouse across the street is getting a much needed upgrade. A fresh paint job and some killer art being done by local artists. Stop by the store and say hi and check out the new art. More being added every day. OUT.
